Balwyn Design Pty Ltd is a small building design firm established in Balwyn in the mid-1950s. The firm moved to Camberwell before relocating to its current location in Hawthorn East in 1980 and has been providing customized design services for clients since its inception, offering a wide range of building design services.
Balwyn Design has built its reputation on expertise in a diverse range of design form and scale from a foundation of decades of building design experience. The current Directors, Darryl Crumpton and Garry Feary, have worked with the firm for over 35 years and owned the design firm for almost 20 years.
Darryl is a member of the Building Design Association of Victoria and was President of the BDAV from 2008 until 2010.
A home design by Balwyn Design has won a Victorian Housing Award from the 2012 HIA Awards in the Spec Home category.
